Use of Service: DissMyRizz is for entertainment only. You confirm you have rights to upload the content you submit.

Content Rules: Don’t upload illegal, explicit, or hateful material. We may block content that violates our safety rules.

License: You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to generate roasts and enable features (sharing, rewards).

Credits & Purchases: Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by law. We may revoke credits for abuse. Purchases are handled by Stripe.

Disclaimer: The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us for claims related to content you upload or misuse of the service.

Changes: We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
